OBJECTIVE: To observe the influence of facilitation techniques on early active rehabilitation in upper extremity, hand and walk function of hemiplegia patients with cerebral hemorrhage. METHOD: 68 stroke patients were observed and compared with control group 60 patients at 4 weeks after onset. RESULTS: The rehabilitation group patients were significantly improved then control group in upper extremity, hand function and walk function (p < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The normal motor model can be set up and developed without abnormal interference by early active rehabilitation and facilitation techniques.
