The study investigated the efficacy of various physiotherapeutic interventions in locomotion therapy in patients with Parkinson's disease in a systematic literature overview and meta analysis. The results showed that physiotherapeutic interventions had positive influence on these patients' gait speed and stride length. Compared to external stimulation and conventional physiotherapy interventions treadmill training had the most evident effects.
