Sixty cases of enuresis were studied. These were divided equally into three groups randomly and results were analysed. Initially, during 5 weeks treatment, amitryptaline showed best result but on follow up, combined therapy of amitryptaline plus psychological trainment was found to be superior over psychological or amitryptaline alone. Main cause of break in treatment was indifference and casual attitude on the part of the parents.
