OBJECTIVE: Interventional and discuss for the curative effect of high-chest prone position manipulation (HCPM) therapy in cervical spondylopathy. METHOD: 236 patients of cervical spondylopathy (135 male, 101 female) were randomly divided to experimental group treated by HCPM therapy and control group treated by traditional physical therapy. Compare the curative effects of two groups. RESULT: It showed significant difference in curative and effective rates between two groups. The period of treatment in experimental group was shorter. CONCLUSION: HCPM therapy is batter than traditional physical therapy in treating cervical spondylopathy.
