The purpose of this paper is to provide a systematic review of the current literature on partial body weight supported treadmill training (PBWSTT) to determine what is known about the effectiveness of treadmill training for children with disabilities. This paper is intended to evaluate critically the available evidence and determine what additional evidence needs to be gathered to support the use of PBWSTT.
