OBJECTIVE: To explore the relevance of the knee joint of the separatist movement intensified training on lower extremity motor function in patients with stroke and walking ability. METHODS: 45 cases could walk without the knee joint of the separatist movement in stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group 23 cases of routine training, and strengthen group of 22 patients with intensive training for the knee of the separatist movement. training before and after 2 months of training, assessment of Fugl-Meyer assessment method in the lower limb items, 6 min walking distance and 10 m walking time. RESULTS: Patients with FMA score (lower limb items) control group before training, 15.46 points, 17.51 points after training, before and after training, no significant difference (p > 0.05), enhanced group training before 16.28 am, 25.63 points after training, the difference before and after training There were significant (p < 0.05). walking Enhancement group differences before and after training has a very significant (p < 0.01), differences between the control group will have a statistically significant (p < 0.05), but the group is better than after training to strengthen the control group (p < 0.05). 2 months after the emergence of the separatist movement in patients with knee control group was 13% (3/23), strengthen the group, 55% (12/22), difference was significant (p < 0.01). CONCLUSION: The knee of the separatist movement targeted intensive training in stroke patients with motor function and walking ability significantly improved results.
