Rehabilitation care is an important part of the treatment of brain and neurological diseases. It has been widely recognized for its effect in promoting the recovery of body functions. Under this context, this paper selects stroke patients as the subjects and explores the effects of high-quality nursing services on the neurological functions and abilities of daily living of the patients. The study was conducted in the form of a randomized, controlled clinical trial. A total of 143 samples were observed, with the Clinical Nerve Function Limitation Score (CNS), Barthel Index, Quality of Life Scale (SF-36), and manual muscle testing (MMT) as the specific observation indices. The research results show that high-quality nursing services can effectively promote the recovery of stroke patients' neurological functions, and improve their abilities of daily living by increasing their muscle strength, thereby significantly improving their quality of life. The above conclusions provide theoretical and practical guidance for the clinical rehabilitation of stroke patients.
