OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of psychological nursing combined with rehabilitation exercise on the psychological state, joint function and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing bone and knee replacement. METHODS: 100 patients who underwent bone and joint replacement surgery in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group of 50 cases and the observation group of 50 cases according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological nursing combined with rehabilitation exercise on the basis of it, and the two groups were continuously nursing for 14 days. The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Hospital for Special Surgery Knee (HSS) score, nursing satisfaction and complication rates were compared between the two groups. RESULTS: Compared with before nursing, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after nursing, while the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (p < 0.05); Compared with before nursing, the HSS scores of the two groups were significantly increased after nursing, while the HSS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (p < 0.05); Compared with the control group (80.00%), the nursing satisfaction of the observation group (98.00%) was significantly higher (p < 0.05); compared with the control group (30.00%)), the incidence of complications (8.00%) in the observation group was significantly lower (p < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Psychological nursing combined with rehabilitation exercise can effectively improve the negative emotions, joint function and nursing satisfaction of patients with bone and joint replacement, and can also reduce the occurrence of complications, which has a high clinical reference value.
