AIMS: This study intends to investigate how (OE) affects changes in BMD (TUG), (BBS), and isometric knee muscular strength in (ADT) patientswith PC? METHODS: Double blind RCT with 104 patients. Two equal groups were formed by random assignment. Group A was treated by (OEP); the second group B who underwent no intervention. All patients were be measured for Isometric knee power using a Citec (HHD), BMD (lumbar vertebrae, femoral neck) using (DXA), TUG and BBS, before and after six months of treatment. MANOVA was used as a statistical analysis to compare results within and between groups. RESULTS: A substantial primary effect of therapy was observed. (F 10.319), improvements regarding knee muscle strength MD (13.19: 28.91) / (0.363: 10.964), BMD LV MD (0.177:0.387) / FN MD (0.112: 0.268), TUG MD (-1.783: -0.893) and BBS MD (2.240: 6.818) in group A after comparing the mean values before and after treatment (p < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The (OEP) enhance knee muscle strength, improve BMD and increase balance.
