Consumer Summary: SIGNIFICANCE AND INNOVATIONS: This study provides preliminary evidence for the effectiveness of a remotely delivered, integrated lifestyle and behavior change model on improving physical function for patients with osteoarthritis. It is difficult to unpack which components of the model are most important in achieving greater improvements, but patients reported being more satisfied with their care from the general practitioner (GP) and care support team than with usual GP care alone.
