FINDINGS: Tai Chi and square dance improved cognitive function, Latin dance enhanced flexibility and reduced body fat, and all exercises promoted social interaction and psychological well-being. MESSAGE: Exercise types, particularly those with social components, can positively impact cognitive, physical, and psychological health in older adults.
